David Falco

Dave started his recording career after graduating from Trebas Institute of Recording Arts in 1986 then worked at Sounds Interchange (Toronto) through the late 80’s and early 90’s. Dave has been working with Pro Tools since the late 90’s. “It is important to me that the talent recording at Howl Studio has everything they need to get the best performance possible. The environment and vibe are essential. Once that is attained my job is easy.” When not engineering the session, Dave is usually working with Producers and Engineers to make sure that our sound is your sound.
Steve Luxton
Steve LuxtonEngineer, Studio Manager

Steve came to Howl Studio with a wide range of expertise and experience under his belt. He grew up as a singer/songwriter and a multi-instrumentalist playing guitar, mandolin, ukulele, bass, and piano. After graduating the Audio Production & Engineering program at Metalworks institute, at the top of his class, he was awarded a scholarship which allowed him to become one of the youngest professionals to earn his protools expert certification. With over a decade of work experience in the audio recording industry Steve returned to school and completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Music performance at the highly competitive Humber College, which allowed him to study, learn, and further develop his musical sensibilities from and alongside some of the greatest musicians in the country. His musical intuition, creativity, and ability to lead a team or collaborate as a team player makes him a valuable addition to any musical or creative project.

Stephen Lewis

As a phenomenal song writer, vocal arranger, producer and musician, Stephen Lewis, in all his humility, is a man with a heart of gold; and his passion for music has been evident all his life. Whether it’s working with churches to set structure to their music department, or song writing for an up and coming project, Stephen Lewis has done it. Working closely for several years with Sharon Riley ” Faith Chorale as Musical Director, Stephen played an integral role in creating the sound Sharon Riley ” Faith Chorale are known for. More recently, Stephen Lewis has taken on another new venture: showcasing Canada’s Gospel Music in a unique light as one of the executive producers of Gospel’s Dynamic Duets, a Canadian reality music show.
Mike Noack
Mike NoackAssociate Producer/Engineer, Mixing, Mastering
Mike Noack has been working as a Producer/engineer since 1996. He has worked on many recording in every style: rock, jazz, pop, country, and various other styles. He has recorded over 25 live location recordings and also specializes in mastering, and spoken word recordings.
Some of the artists that Mike has worked with include: Kristin Nichols, Thousand Foot Krutch, Ariana Gillis, Arctheline, FM Static, A thousand Cures, Kevin Pauls, Mary Simon, Rob Critchley, Owen Hurter, Crackers with Spice, Brooke Nicholls, Revolution Band, Jamie Joustra, Joanne Goodwin, Tiffany Campbell, Briar Mary , Jim Ruta, Lingo Media, David Gillis and more.
Dion Cockett
Dion CockettAssociate Producer / Engineer
Cockett brings a wealth of experience ranging from computer programming to music production and project management alongside his mammoth 21 years of experience in music production as an audio Engineer and musician/song-writer. He has functioned as the Producer/Engineer or Technical producer for artists such as CeCe Winans, Fred Hammond, Ricky Dillard(Stellar Award Winner), Jackie Valesquez, Out of Eden, The Elms, Bishop T.D. Jakes and many, many more. Cockett is also the Producer for the House of Levi Music Group which is the Top Gospel / Christian Music promotions company in Ontario, Canada.
